Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. (BRK.A and BRK.B). Headed by renowned investor, Warren
Buffett, Berkshire Hathaway became majority owner of Borsheim’s stock in 1989.

Borsheim’s has become famous for hosting a shareholder’s celebration in
conjunction with the annual Berkshire Hathaway meeting. Admittance to the
exclusive event requires ownership of at least one share of Berkshire Hathaway
stock. Yet, even with Berkshire A shares trading at well over $84,900 each and
Berkshire B at more than $2,795 per share, stockholders happily travel from
around the globe to be part of the annual event.
