By interpreting plant forms in cast metal, Aram presents work which is evocative of a natural environment transformed and redefined. In this piece, I like the idea of bark as a container for other plant life. Weaving grasses or stems through the holes at the top of the vase create a wonderful contrast between nature and my metal expression of nature!
