To expedite your packages, please upgrade to 2nd day for an additional $17.
Next Day Air for an additional $25 or Next Day with Saturday Delivery for
an additional $35.
Free standard shipping is available to purchases under $10,000.00. Delivery is
made within 3 to 5 business days. Jewelry orders to a business require an adult
signature. Jewelry orders to a residential address do not require a signature
under $500.00. All jewelry orders over $500.00 and over require an adult signature. Jewelry
orders over $10,000.00 will ship overnight Monday through Thursday for free.
Jewelry orders upgraded to 2nd day for an additional fee will ship Monday – Friday.

Adult Signature Required for Delivery – An adult signature is required for delivery of
jewelry items over $500. If jewelry requires shop work (i.e. ring sizing), please
add 2-4 business days to the delivery time. You will be notified if your order
requires shop work at the time your order is processed.
For all other items, we apply charges based on the total value of your order.
Note: *Oversized/Heavy packages are an additional $57 (one charge per order).

Express as its primary carrier, as well as the U.S. Postal Service.
— For security purposes, please be aware that all items from a single order may not
arrive in the same package on the same day.
— If an item is not currently in stock, we provide you with the forecasted delivery date.
— Overnight shipping can be accommodated if the order is received before 2 pm
Central Standard Time Monday – Thursday. All overnight orders received Friday,
Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
— Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge, but it is not available

— Special shipping rates and time-frames apply to jewelry orders being shipped outside

— Orders will ship out the day of the purchase if placed before 2PM CST with the
exception of jewelry orders that require shop work. Orders placed Saturday and
Sunday will ship the following Monday, excluding major holidays.
— A.P.O. and F.P.O. Orders
Shipping jewelry to APO & FPO addresses is done through Registered Mail with the
U.S. Postal Service. Therefore, these orders typically take longer for delivery and
we are unable to provide a tracking number or specific delivery date. If you have
already sent packages to A.P.O and F.P.O. addresses in the past, you can expect
your borsheims.com order to arrive in the same amount of time.
If you return a jewelry or gift department item in its original condition
within 90 days, you will receive a full refund, less shipping costs, issued in the same tender as the original

purchase. Watch merchandise must be in new condition and be accompanied by the original box, paperwork and all
associated components (links, screws, bracelets, straps and buckles). Any missing or damaged components will void

To return an item, simply complete the packaging slip/merchandise return form included with your
package. In the absence of this form, please make sure to include your name,

using USPS Registered Mail or UPS Overnight services. Please send
the package to us fully insured for the purchase price.
