Afton will play a critical role in shaping our private label jewelry lines and designer product assortment, building off her ability to analyze market data, manage inventory and build strong supplier and brand partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I\u2019m thrilled to join the Borsheims team,&#8221; says Afton. &#8220;After more than a decade of buying in the clothing space at Free People, I\u2019m excited to transition into the jewelry world. I look forward to growing the jewelry department by exploring new opportunities and expanding on the product lines that Borsheims is already known and loved for.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Afton joins Borsheims from Free People, where she began her career as an Assistant Buyer and advanced to the role of Senior Buyer. Her tenure was distinguished by a strategic and forward-thinking approach to merchandise planning, where she consistently identified emerging trends ahead of the market, helped curate compelling product assortments, and cultivated strong relationships with both domestic and international vendors. Her ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision-making enabled her to drive sales growth and enhance the overall customer experience.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We\u2019re thrilled to welcome Afton to the Borsheims family,&#8221; says Julie McAlpine, Vice President of Merchandising. &#8220;Her understanding of the global retail industry and passion for product curation will be instrumental
