On May 11, we officially began construction on a transformative renovation of our Omaha flagship, an exciting milestone that reflects our commitment to serving you today, tomorrow and for generations to come. While parts of the space will change, one important thing will not: Borsheims will remain open throughout the entire renovation.
This renovation is about creating a space that feels as exceptional and personal as the moments you celebrate here. The reimagined showroom will feature a more open, welcoming layout spanning more than 20,000 square feet, an updated Luxury Salon for our most exquisite collections, immersive branded boutiques and a striking new entrance designed to make arriving feel just as special as the reason you came. Thoughtful nods to our heritage as Omaha’s leading jeweler since 1870 will be woven throughout the store.

The space is evolving, but our purpose remains the same: to deliver a personal, exceptional experience for every generation we serve.”
Construction will take place in phases, with Phase A beginning May 11. As construction begins, the north entrance of the store will be temporarily closed. You are invited to enter through nearby mall entrances, including the northeast entrance by Bonefish Grill, the southeast entrance at Anthropologie and the southwest entrance at Garbo’s Salon. Clear way-finding signage and Borsheims associates will be available to help guide you, making your arrival easy and seamless.
As part of our Good as Gold Promise – our commitment to maintaining exceptional service throughout construction – we will stay in close communication through direct mail, email and in‑store signage so you know what to expect along the way. Our online shopping experience will continue without interruption, with shipping available nationwide and convenient in-store pickup for local customers.

Phase A of the renovation is expected to be completed by August 2026. We will continue to share updates as the renovation progresses and look forward to welcoming you along the way.
