90 Day Return Policy
Borsheims offers a generous 90 day return policy on all jewelry in its original condition for a full refund, less shipping costs, issued in the same tender as the original purchase.
Complimentary Appraisals
Borsheims provides a complimentary insurance appraisal for jewelry over $1,000 at the time of purchase. We recommend an appraisal update every 5 years, and updates on items purchased at Borsheims are provided free of charge with original documentation. We do not currently offer appraisals for jewelry purchased elsewhere.
