If you return a jewelry or gift department item in its original condition within 90 days, you will receive a full refund, less shipping costs, issued in the same tender as the original purchase. Final sale items are ineligible for returns.
Watches may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date of sale with proof of purchase. Watch merchandise must be in new condition and be accompanied by the original box, paperwork and all associated components (links, screws, bracelets, straps and buckles). Any missing or damaged components will void the refund.
If the item you are returning was given as a gift, you will receive Borsheims store credit. You may use this credit at any time to purchase the item of your choosing. To return an item, simply complete the packaging slip/merchandise return form included with your package. Please return your package using your carrier of choice. Borsheims recommends using USPS Registered Mail or UPS Overnight services. Please send the package to us fully insured for the purchase price.

In the unlikely event we process your order incorrectly or your item was damaged in shipment, we will gladly take back the item and exchange it for another, or return your item and credit you the full amount of the purchase.
