Shipping & Delivery


SHIPPING PROCESS

  • Once you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please add [email protected] to your email address book and safe list to ensure you receive all order status information from Borsheims.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a second email with your estimated delivery and tracking information. If you are picking up your order in-store, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up.

  • Orders will ship out or be ready to be picked up in store the day of the purchase if the order is placed before 2PM CST with the exception of jewelry orders that require shop work. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday, excluding major holidays. Orders received after 2PM CST on a weekday are processed the following business day*.

  • Overnight orders must be placed by 2 PM CT for next day delivery.

  • Overnight orders placed Friday or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day. If shipping overnight on Friday, please select Saturday delivery. Zip code and address must be verified for availability of Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge, but it is not available in all areas.   • For security, Borsheims utilizes FedEx and UPS as primary carriers as well as the United States Postal Service. Please be aware that all items for a single order may not arrive in the same package on the same day. Lastly, Borsheims requires a signature on all orders over $1,000 as well as any expedited shipping method (Overnight and Saturday).

  • If an item is not currently in stock, Borsheims will contact you with the forecasted delivery date.

  • While delays are rare, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. External factors beyond Borsheims' control, such as weather conditions or mechanical problems, may impact delivery times.

*Business days are weekdays (Monday- Friday) only.

Oversized/Heavy packages ship for a flat fee of $60 (one charge per order).

*Oversized items, orders shipping outside of the contiguous U.S., backordered items, and items requiring shop work are not eligible for complimentary shipping.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
To ship an order outside of the U.S., please call 1-402-391-0400.

Borsheims ships exclusively fine jewelry items internationally to the following countries: Austria, Australia, Canada, China, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Any applicable duties and taxes are not assessed or charged by Borsheims, and are the responsibility of the customer. Borsheims is unable to ship home and accessories or fashion jewelry internationally at this time.


HOLIDAYS
We do not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. All orders will be processed on the following business day.


A.P.O. and F.P.O.
Borsheims ships jewelry items to APO & FPO addresses with the United States Postal Service. These orders typically take longer for delivery and we are unable to provide a tracking number or an estimated delivery date.

FREE IN-STORE PICKUP


For added convenience, we offer an in-store pickup option. Once your order is received by Borsheims and is ready to be collected, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup (this is separate from the order confirmation email). Orders placed before 2PM CT will be ready for in-store pickup the same day unless shop work is required.
