Employee Benefits

If it matters to our employees, then it matters to Borsheims. We are proud to support our employees' philanthropic efforts financially, or through supporting them in taking time off for volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Whether they provide hours or dollars in support of local organizations, Borsheims will match up to $500 in additional support. Our people are our most important investment, and we are proud to support what matters to them.

Our Big Impact Grant program allows us to create new partnerships and expand our community giving to benefit a multitude of organizations across the Omaha area.

Grant Recipient Step 1

Food Bank for the Heartland helps families, children, seniors, and veterans across our community access nutritious food year-round through partnerships with local pantries, schools, nonprofits, and businesses. Our donation will support its BackPack Program and help raise awareness of food insecurity in Omaha through the June Strike Out Hunger initiative and September Hunger Action Month.

HETRA (Heartland Equine Therapeutic Riding Academy) uses horses to support individuals facing physical, developmental, and emotional challenges, including veterans and first responders. Through therapeutic riding and related programs, HETRA helps build strength, confidence, and resilience. Our donation will support student scholarships, helping ensure these life-changing services remain accessible to those who need them most.
