We are delighted to announce the promotion of five members of the Borsheims leadership team. Together, these promotions reflect our continued investment in experienced leaders who are helping guide the company through its next chapter of growth.

Janet Saar, Chief Financial Officer, will assume expanded leadership responsibilities to further align the company’s financial strategy with marketing and ecommerce. Janet joined Borsheims in 1997, serving in key financial positions prior to becoming the Chief Financial Officer. In her current role, she oversees financial strategy and reporting, inventory management, compliance and risk management. She has been instrumental in providing strategic vision and leading initiatives that support business growth. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Dakota and is a former Certified Public Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand.
Kyle Slosson has been promoted to Director of Security and Facilities. In his new role, he will lead security and facilities operations, ensuring a safe environment and protecting company assets and employees while maintaining the organization’s facilities infrastructure. Kyle joined Borsheims in 2007 and has held multiple roles on the Security team, most recently serving as Senior Manager of Security and Facilities. Kyle holds an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Metropolitan Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Security Management from Bellevue University. He is also a Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
Jaci Stuifbergen has been promoted to Director of Marketing and Ecommerce. In her new role, she will develop and guide marketing and ecommerce strategies that support sales, drive customer acquisition and loyalty and manage customer relationships and experiences. She will also oversee public relations, community relations and philanthropy for Borsheims. Jaci joined Borsheims in 2012 and most recently served as Marketing Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from the University of Nebraska.
Jodi Farley has been promoted to Director of Sales, where she will lead Borsheims’ omni-channel sales strategy across jewelry, watches, home decor and corporate gifts. She will be responsible for driving sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction while delivering exceptional service aligned with Borsheims’ mission. Jodi joined Borsheims in 2002 and has more than two decades of experience across the company’s inventory, receiving, bridal and gift registry and sales teams, most recently serving as Sales Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Family Sciences with an emphasis in Nutrition from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
David Fager has been promoted to IT Manager. In this new role, he will lead Borsheims’ technology development and operations, oversee compliance, support and develop the IT team and help ensure the company remains at the forefront of information technology. He joined Borsheims in 2023 and most recently served as Assistant IT Manager. David brings a strong background in technical leadership to his expanded role. He holds an Associate of Arts degree from Metropolitan Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Business Technology.
