Newly purchased rings can be resized in as little as 3 days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for all other requests.

However, our at-home jewelry cleaning solution is available for purchase from our Customer Service department. Borsheims provides a free ring appraisal to Engagement clients at the time of purchase. We recommend updating your appraisal every 5 years to maintain its relevance. Updated appraisals are free of charge with original documentation.
