Our Jewelry Appraiser is responsible for delivering Borsheims' omnichannel Signature Service to our customers by writing accurate and professional appraisals of jewelry items and communicating with colleagues, customers, and insurance company representatives regarding appraisal details.

Jewelry Factory Repair Associate
Our Jewelry Factory Repair Associate is responsible for processing merchandise and repair orders for special requests and maintaining related documentation. You will be asked to communicate with various team members about factory repair charges, job completion, pick-up dates, job complexities, etc.

Watchmaker
Our Watchmakers are responsible for watch repair on quartz, mechanical, and automatic watches at various levels of complexity, adjustments, reconditioning, refinishing, sizing karat and non-karat watch bands, and battery changes on various types of watches.
