Sean joined Borsheims in 1991 as a temporary hire in the Watches department. Just over a year later, he transitioned into the role of Executive Assistant. During this time, he developed an abiding appreciation for Borsheims’ mission—not merely to sell luxury items, but to have an important involvement in some of the most special moments in customers’ lives. In 2001, Sean was appointed Diamond Buyer, a position he found both exciting and profoundly rewarding. He returned to the sales floor in 2010, and, for the past 15 years, has been dedicated to supporting the sales team and enhancing the customer experience. Sean prides himself on forging meaningful relationships with customers and helping them choose the perfect piece for every milestone, with his love for diamonds shining through in his work. .
