Fashioned in 14K white gold, this stunning blue topaz and diamond ring features an approximately 1.62 ct cushion irradiated sky blue topaz, cut with checkerboard faceting. A quatrefoil shaped double milgrain edge adds unique flair to the setting, while 12 round diamonds set with fishtail prongs adorn the shank.
