Our Jewelers are responsible for miscellaneous jewelry repair at various levels of complexity (i.e., soldering, re-tipping, re-pronging, re-shanking, laser welding, applying surface finishes, etc.) in all precious metal types and setting various sizes and shapes of stones using all setting techniques.

Customer Service Representative
Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for assisting customers in-store and over the phone with their inquiries about jewelry repairs, appraisals, cleaning, engraving, charges to customer accounts, and more.

Jewelry Appraiser
Our Jewelry Appraiser is responsible for delivering Borsheims' omnichannel Signature Service to our customers by writing accurate and professional appraisals of jewelry items and communicating with colleagues, customers, and insurance company representatives regarding appraisal details.

Jewelry Sales Associate
Our Sales Associates are responsible for assisting customers in-store, online, and over the phone with selecting and purchasing merchandise in order to maximize company sales; put out new merchandise in cases, organizes, and cleans sales areas; and processes sales, repairs, returns, and other transactions.

Watchmaker
Our Watchmakers are responsible for watch repair on quartz, mechanical, and automatic watches at various levels of complexity, adjustments, reconditioning, refinishing, sizing karat and non-karat watch bands, and battery changes on various types of watches.
